Perry County Fiscal Court – Viper Park Phase 2

There will be two contracts for the work, Contract A Basketball Court and Shelter) & Contract B (Playground). The
work for Contract A will consist of the construction of the Basketball Court, Shelter with lighting and electrical
connections as detailed and sidewalk and concrete work as detailed on the plans. Contract B will construct the
playground area with the equipment shown on the plans including any excavation and material disposal needed for
the playground.
