There will be one contract for the work, Contract A. The work for Contract A will consist of the following; General
Site Grading and Earthwork, Erosion Control and materials, Excavate/Re-compact, Surveying as required,
Geotechnical Consultant, new 15” Pipe and tie-in, crushed stone Parking Lot and various other appurtenances.
