CCK-2968.10-1-25 Parking Structure 3 EFIS Repair

Project includes the replacement of select areas of EIFS cladding at the University of
Kentucky Parking Structure #3. Project scope includes replacement of EIFS at sections of
stairwell walls, parapet walls, and column wraps, and includes some CFMF framing repairs.
Project alternates include 1) further EIFS repairs at a section of vehicle-damaged parapet
wall, 2) re-roofing of a stairwell enclosure, and 3) replacement of a section of storefront
gasket.
