Town of Clarksville – Shield Access Road and Block 5 Detention Basin
This project includes construction of a 100,000 cubic foot Underground Detention Basin south of
Court Avenue and west of York Street in the South Clarksville Development Area. Also included is
construction of the Shields Access Road parallel to the Flood Control Levee, which consists of
approximately 1,400’ of new roadway, storm sewers, curb and gutter, pavement markings,
underdrains, and all other items shown on the plans and mentioned in the specifications for a
complete project.
