KD-CC-0216-27 Improve/Expand Current CT Suite Including HVAC

This project consists of the preparation of the current space to allow for replacement of an
existing CT scanner, and associated upgrades to the CT imaging suite at King’s Daughters
Ohio. This work will include all demolition, architectural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC,
structural, technology and related modifications required to accommodate the new CT
equipment and provide a fully operational, code-compliant imaging environment. CT will be
owner furnished.

This project will also include modifications and/or replacement of the existing HVAC systems
serving the CT suite to provide adequate temperature, humidity, ventilation, air distribution,
and equipment cooling required for the new CT system and the operational requirements of
the imaging department. HVAC will be owner furnished.
