Description
Work required includes removal of existing roofing materials and replacement with new insulation and single ply roof membrane, including new metal trim, gutters, downspouts, etc. Also included is modification of a portion of the existing framing beneath mansard panels and installation of new metal roof panels and metal soffit panels on the mansard framing at the Gymnasium walls. Removal of existing mansard panels and soffit panels at the Gymnasium will be by others, under separate contract with the Owner.

A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $30.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground.
There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
