Description

Description

This Contract consists of structural lining and/or replacement of brick sanitary manholes, sealing and lining brick manhole chimneys, structural lining and/or repair of 8"-15" clay sewer main pipe, repair/replacement of service lateral connections and piping, adjustment/replacement of cast iron manhole top frames, pavement removal/replacement and general surface restoration. The Project also includes cleanout and closed circuit television inspection of 8"-12" sewer main pipe. Demolition and removal of a reinforced concrete grit separator structure will be included as an additive alternate bid item. All work shall be provided at the specific site locations and to the final quantities required and ordered in writing by the Owner.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of Plans and Specifications or a CD is available for a non-refundable purchase of $100.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
