Please Note - Post Bid Addenda 01 has changed the bid date to solicit bids from the three lowest bidders

The project includes associated site development and construction of approximately 4850 square feet of kitchen and cafeteria addition to connect the existing Barbourville Elementary and Middle/High schools. The single story structure will consists of concrete foundations on aggregate piers, CMU exterior bearing walls and interior partitions, bar joists and metal decking with rigid board roofing insulation and SBS roof membrane.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $200.00 (per set) payable to RossTarrant Architects. We must receive a check for this amount. You may order up to two sets on refundable deposit.

If more than two sets are requested there will be a non-refundable purchase of $200.00 payable to RossTarrant Architects.We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
