BID OPENING DATE/TIME HAS BEEN POSTPONED FROM FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND, 2012 AT 10:00AM TO FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH, 2012 AT 10:00AM. LOCATION REMAINS THE SAME. All General Contractors shall be required to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum and Postponement of Bid Opening by emailing Morgan Dye at mdye@m2ddesign.com or by faxing an acknowledgment of bid postponement document to (859)389-6534. Acknowledgement must be received no later than 12:00pm on Thursday, November 1st, 2012.

The scope of construction includes the demolition of the existing fountain, sidewalks, walls, site amenitites and electrical components, the installation of a new fountain, sidewalk pavement with pavers, light poles and fixtures, irrigation, landscaping, retaining walls and seat walls.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $62.09, payable to Lynn Imaging.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
