Work includes in the flood unit 3A, the replacement of the vinyl and ceramic tile flooring and baseboards, the repair of a second floor joist, limited drywall repair, removal of the kitchen cabinetry, living room ceiling replacement, and preparations for painting. Work for the fire unit 6A includes replacement of ceiling and overhead insulation to kitchen, living room and hall. Replacement of wall board, wall insulation and any needed studs in kitchen and one-third of living room. Replacement flooring, baseboards, clan and prearation for paint throughout. Replace to window sashes (to be provided by owner) and one double pantry door. Relocate electrical panel.
