Bid Package 2 - Renovation of the 1954 Building
This project includes the renovation of the existing 1954 classroom portions of the Hopkins Elementary School. The approximate square footage is 24,202.
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a refundable deposit of $200.00 per set, payable to Ross Tarrant Architects, for up to two sets. We must receive a check for this amount.
Additional sets are a non-refundable purchase of $200.00, payable to Ross Tarrant Architects. We must receive a check for this amount.
There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
