The removal of 6 exterior door frames and doors and replace with metal frames and new metal doors, the removal of 16 existing windows and replace with new vinyl windows at the High Street Apartments. The removal of 154 existing windows and replace with new vinyl windows at the Linden Townhomes. Add new wood interior doors (and partial gyp walls where indicated) to enclose closets in designated apartments per schedule. Add new wood doors (and partial gyp walls where indicated) to enclose interior hallway air handling units per schedule. Install new interior glass door and frame, also a sliding service window at the Poplar Street office of the Housing Authority.
