Description
Construction of a new softball stadium, with 1400-1500 seats, press box, elevated concourse, toilet rooms, concessions area, elevator and various support spaces; The work includes foundations, steel structure, brick and concrete masonry, grandstand and seating systems, metal wall panel systems, TPO roofing system, glazing systems, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems; The facility is a Type 2B Construction per the KY Building Code.
1. Construction of a new Hitting Pavilion, with team locker room/shower facility, lounge and couches office; The work includes foundations, steel structure, brick and concrete masonry, metal wall panel systems, TPO roofing system, glazing systems, finishes and mechanical and electrical systems; The facility is a Type 2B Construction oer the KY Building Code.

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $340.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a CD of plans and specifications available for a non-refundable purchase of $21.40, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
