Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted by the Architects on June 5, 2012, at 2 p.m. (Local Time) at the Warren County Public Schools Central Office, 303 Lovers Lane, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a non-refundable purchase of $250.00 per set payable to Lynn Imaging.
Electronic files of the plans and specifications on CD are available for a non-refundable purchase of $250.00 per set payable to Lynn Imaging. Prior to release of electronic files, ALL Contractors and Subcontractors are required to obtain Sherman Carter Barnhart's Electronic Files Release form. The release must be signed by a principal or owner of the company requesting the electronic files. Sets may be ordered through this website by using a Credit Card or Lynn Account.
No partial sets will be distributed.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground payable to Lynn Imaging. Delivery surcharges are subject to change. There will be an $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
