1. Roger Caudill Slide and Portals: To arrive at this site, from Isom travel south on S.R. 15 to Rt. 1811. Turn left on Rt. 1811 and travel 1.4 miles to Cinnamon Road. Turn right on Cinnamon Road and travel 1.2 miles to the Caudill residence. N 37ºd 10¿ 30.3¿ W 82º 50¿ 17.0.
2. Kelvin Adams: To arrive at this site, from Isom take Rt. 15 south to a left turn onto Rt. 1148. Travel 1.5 miles and turn right on to Rt. 1811. Turn left on to Edgewood Drive. Take first driveway on the left to the first house. N 37º 10¿ 47¿ W 82º 51¿ 56¿.
3. Peggy Meade: To arrive at this site take Rt. 119 from Whitesburg to a left turn onto Rt. 805. Travel 3.0 miles to a left turn onto Rt. 317. Go 3.6 miles, the driveway is on the left. N 37º 13¿ 32.1¿ W 82º 42¿ 43.5¿.

The work consists of a new one story, 2000 square foot office facility with reception room, large work room, private offices, toilets, mechanical and custodial rooms.
The building is slab-on-grade with wood framed walls. Materials include metal siding, asphalt shingles, double hung windows, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood solid core doors, gypsum board, vinyl composition tile and acoustical lay-in ceiling panels.

The intent of the project is to remove the existing metal stairs with conctret landings from the basement to the fourth floor to create a shaft fpr a new six stop elevator. The work will require penetration through the existing wood framed shingle roof for an elevator penthouse. A 5′ deep elevator pit and associated sump pit will be required at the basement level. The first step is to install a new door/frame at the first floor between the corridor and the south stair for egress. The existing north and south stairs will remain open at all times for building occupant egress. Asbestos abatement by UK. Relocation of fire alarm panels by UK. Staging area to be determined at Pre-Construction meeting.
Renovate Shively Sports Center, to include: Lobby & Corridor renovation; Renovation of Women’s Track & Field Locker Room; Replace doors, frames & hardware throughout; Provide ADA compliant toilet Room.
The project involves the removal and replacement of a section of the storm sewer crossing Colony Blvd. between Williamsburg Lane and Sturbridge Drive. The roadway will require removal and replacement. The storm sewer is in three sections including two curb box inlets and two slope and flare headwalls. the contractor is responsible foe visiting the projetc site and making themselves familiar with the site prior to bidding. No pre-bid meeting will be held.

Parking and Entry, Bowling Green Technical College

This project will remove the existing gravel parking lot and small asphalt parking lot at the rear of the campus and create a new 442 parking space paved parking lot and widen the existing entry from Loop Drive. The parking lot will consist of curb & gutter, storm drainage system, lawn and planting areas, concrete/asphalt pavement, and conduit for future site lighting.
The project will maintain the existing entry from Loop Drive. The road will now branch off into the new parking lot and circulation will flow through the parking lots to access drives around the perimeter of the campus.
The site has some overhead utilities that will be removed. Several utility poles will be removed. The existing lights for the project area will be removed and new lighting standards have been established. The owner will purchase the lights and poles at a future date, however under this project the conduits will be installed.
HVAC Upgrade Arnold Mitchell Building, Fish and Wildlife Resources 1 Sportsman’s Lane

This project consists of the replacement of 28 VAV terminal boxes and ceilings. The
project also includes demolition of existing air handling light fixtures and installation of
new diffusers and connecting ductwork. A separate contractor will be working
concurrently to upgrade lighting, and install DDC building controls. The building is a
25,000 square foot, 2-story office building for the Department of Fish and Wildlife
Resources.
Construct Licking Valley Center Phase II Cynthiana, Maysville Community and Technical College

The Work includes construction of a 2-story addition to the existing 2-story facility located on the Licking Valley campus of Maysville Community and Technical College in Cynthiana, Kentucky. The spaces in the addition include classrooms, computer labs, simulated nursing labs, office space, men’s and women’s toilets, a stair, and an elevated mechanical room. The structure of load-bearing concrete and masonry walls will contain approximately 8,200 gross square feet.
The work includes materials testing which is not required by Special Inspections.
The contractor shall coordinate the work on-site with both a Commissioning Agent and a Special Inspections Agent. The cost of re-testing shall be borne by the General Contractor for performance failure.
Elliott Co. Boat Ramps Heritage and New found l, Kentucky Dept. of Fish and Wildlife

This project is comprised of two boat launch facilities on Grayson Lake in Elliott County, Kentucky. The first site includes the construction of a new boat ramp with associated parking improvements and access road at the Newfoundland Site. Major project components include the following:
– Constructing a one-lane concrete boat ramp;
– Constructing an associated parking lot;
– Installing the specified drainage pipe and ditches;
– Installing guardrail;
– Constructing an entrance, approach road, and turn-around area
The second site is a carry-in boat launch facility and associated parking area at the Heritage Site. Major project components include the following:
– Constructing a concrete walkway from the parking area to the launch;
– Constructing a concrete boat launch platform;
– Constructing a gravel parking area
Construction for the Base Bid shall consist of approximately 1920 LF of 4″ PVC water line, 26 LF of creek crossing, 30 LF of open cut with steel encasement, 1 gate valve, 1 blow-off, 1 ARV, 260 LF of 1″ PE service lines and all other necessary appurtenances.
The Renovate 4th Floor Sanders Brown Center project is a renovation of thr 5,540 S.F. suite within the 13.350 S.F. fourth floor, and 2,300 AS.F. of the 9,200 S.F. Mechanical Penthouse in the University of Kentucky Sanders Brown Research Facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Total existing building square footage is 62,590 S.F. The work consists of demolition of existing finishes, partitions, and building systems and construction of new partitions, installation of new finishes, building systems, and laboratory items as required to create new animal care laboratories. New finishes include resinous floor, epoxy painted gypsum board, concrete masonry unit partitions, epoxy painted ceilings, and suspended ceiling systems. New building components include laboratory casework, and laboratory equipment, including a cage wash unit, sterilizers, and biological safety cabnents. Installation of new building systems include new air handling unit, chiller, and rooftop mounted exhaust units
Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for The referenced project consists of the installation of 2200 linear feet of 8-inch DR-18 C900 PVC water main using traditional trench installation techniques along Minor Lane, 190 linear feet of 8-inch Pressure class 350 ductile iron water main using traditional trench installation techniques across Minor Lane and 100 linear feet of 8-inch Pressure Class 350 restrained joint ductile iron water main pulled through 16 inch steel casing pipe, 100 linear feet of jack and bore 16-inch steel casing pipe. Also included with the project are the installation of 4 fire hydrants, the transfer, renewal and relocation of 7 customer services and discontinue of 39 services. Pipe and pipe appurtenances will be supplied by Louisville Water Company.
