Construction of 150 feet of 42-inch gravity sewer, 100 LF of 54-inch bore and jack, the replacement of 175 LF of 21″ gravity sewer, the replacement of 60 LF of parallel 16 and 20-inch pressure pipes, and the rehab of 645 LF of 18 and 24-inch gravity sewer using cured in place pipe.
The improvements generally include:
Installation of new precast electrical building, paved entrance, relocation/installation of salvaged electrical equipment (variable frequency drives, automatic transfer switch, alarm dialer, etc. as noted on the drawings), new appurtenant electrical and mechanical work, flow meter, force main isolation valve and pit installation, electric service relocation coordination, appurtenant equipment and controls/instrumentation work.
The scope of work consists of a full restaurant build out in existing shell space. All mechanical/electrical/plumbing trades will be required as well as site work, concrete, masonry, glass/glazing, drywall/metal stud, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, tile, flooring, acoustic ceiling, painting, millwork, and roofing.
This restoration project is for the East side of the football stadium repairing all items necessary to waterproof, repair concrete, seal joints, drains, connectors as well as a plethora of repairs as outlined in the specifications and drawings.

Each are multi-story residence halls built on a partial walk-out basements. The structure consists of CMU bearing walls and steel joist floor and roof construction with brick veneer on concrete foundations. First floor and basement concrete slabs on grade.
B. Roofs: The original 1956 roof system was a slope built up membrane assembly, which is still in place. The current sloped shingle roof system was installed over top of the existing low sloped roof assembly.
C. Interior Construction: Exposed CMU walls and plaster ceilings with some areas of suspended acoustical tile ceilings.
D. Sidewalks and Porches: Concrete slabs on grade, remove as noted in documents. Walks to remain as indicated.

Ford Regional Training Center, 2013 Metal Roof Retro-Fit Installation, located at 4675 State Route 181 N, Greenville, Kentucky in Muhlenburg County, shall generally consists of reroofing two separate structures which are alike in size/design and located in close proximity of one to the other. Each structure, approximately 9775 sq. ft. in area, has existing asphalt roofing shingles with underlayment which shall remain and have a new metal roof assembly consisting of continuous insulation/underlayment, metal furring hat channels and prefinished steel roof panels installed atop. The retro-fit work shall include certain associated work items such as selective demolition, minor framing improvements, incidental painting and miscellaneous sheet metal.
