This project includes the construction of a bio-infiltration swale and approximately 900 linear feet of trail within the Coldstream Research Campus. The work includes General Requirements, selective demolition of existing concrete and asphalt pavement, installation of a shared-used trail constructed of porous concrete and bituminous asphalt pavement, installation of a precast concrete wall, earthwork, drainage swale armoring, temporary and permanent erosion control blankets, planting installation, planting maintenance and other related site improvements.

Project Description: This project consists of removal of the existing asphalt overlay, rubblization of the underlyning concrete base bituminous asphalt overlay. In addition, the project also consists of new runway lighting and NAVAIDs as well as pavement markings.
The project is the partial renovation of the 8,573 square foot, fifth-floor of the Robotics Building on the University of Kentucky’s main campus. The work generally consists of the following:
Selective demolition of CMU and gypsum board systems walls, lay-in ceilings and associated suspension systems, HM frames and wood doors, resilient flooring and base, electrical devices and wiring, and plumbing fixtures with associated piping.

This project is to supply and install a new electronic ticker board to a curved wall in the College of Business. This will include all parts and labor needed to install the unit on our wall per the attached drawings. The wall, electric and electronic connections will be by others.
Convert part of existing greenhouse into research lab, new HVAC system, and creating lab space for researchers. Portion of space shall be certified by USDA for the proper containment of small animals. New skin, interior and ceiling system are included.
