(a) approximately 13,825 square foot Recycle Building to include recycling area, office area, and maintenance area;
(b) approximately 4,980 square foot Solid Waste Building to include covered area for four public access forty cubic yard roll-off dumpsters and covered storage area for up to ten forty cubic yard roll-off dumpsters;
(c) scales to weigh vehicles entering and exiting solid waste facility;
(d) approximate 50 square foot employee shelter;
(e) site work to include roadways, parking areas, drainage, and required utility services.
Install new roof at Star Elementary. Multi-purpose room and adjacent Kitchen to receive modified bitumen system, approximately 4,500 square feet. Remainder of building to receive new metal roof system on new pre-engineered wood trusses over existing low-slope structure, approximately 16,500 square feet. Work includes metal wall panels, pre-finished metal soffit panels, gutters, downspouts, metal edge trim, etc. Work also includes the removal of existing roof system(s) and insulation, extension of mechanical and plumbing systems to new roof system. Work bid as Alternated include installation of a new walk-in cooler/freezer adjacent to kitchen and access through existing exterior wall.
Separate bids for subcontract construction of portions of Dogwood Square Apartments, including, but not limited to (1) sanitary sewerage, (2) hot-mix asphalt paving, (3) masonry, (4) HVAC, (5) demolition and removal of existing 2,500 square ft residential dwelling and (6) electrical.
The scope of work consists of construction of approximately 210 linear feet of precast concrete modular block retaining wall and related work. The wall height ranges from 2 feet to 16 feet high. Related work includes handrail, cast-in-place concrete steps and drainage improvements.

This Work includes the construction of a 2,000 sf office building at 3640 O’Hara Road, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. The building is slab-on-grade with wood framed walls, vinyl clad double hung wood windows, R-19 batt insulation, shop-fabricated wood trusses, asphalt shingle roofing, and fiber cement siding. Typical floor finish to be vinyl composition tile, typical wall finish to be painted gypsum board, typical ceiling to be suspended acoustical tiles. Typical ceiling height to be 8’-0”, typical bearing wall to be 10’-1”. The HVAC system is an electric heat pump. The building will accommodate an occupancy of 21 and house the following rooms and functions: a large workroom with kitchenette, four private offices, a small conference room, men’s and women’s restrooms, mechanical room, custodial room, communications room, and reception room. The Base Bid work shall include removal, rehabilitation and reinstallation of the
existing gates and related components at Kentucky River Locks No. 1 & 2. The lock
gate renovation work generally includes the demolition and off site disposal of certain
lock elements, concrete and stone masonry construction and gate rehabilitation
including certain in the wet repairs. The work also includes partial demolition of the
lower guard wall at Lock No. 1. The work at both sites will also include site preparation,
erosion control, surveying, water control with fluctuating river levels, localized dredging,
site safety/security, maintenance of local traffic, temporary access road construction
and maintenance including site cleanup/ restoration. Additional work at Lock No. 2 is
separated into an add alternate. The work includes the rehabilitation of the chamber
filling wall valves and the deduction of sealing (covering) the valve opening at the Lock
No. 2 site only.

Commonwealth Stadium Renovation/Expansion, located at 1540 University Drive in Lexington KY, consists of multiple bid packages and 4 phases of construction. The Commonwealth Stadium Renovation/Expansion project will consist of renovation and alterations to improve the overall functionality, security, and aesthetics thereby satisfying the needs of the University of improving the spectator experience. These alterations will consist of but not be limited to construction a new team store, press facilities, full-service kitchen, additional suites, concessions, restrooms, video boards, security upgrades, and a new recruiting room.

Also, there will be four exhaust fans replaced and integrated into the campus HVAC control system. The trades involved include, but are not limited to: HVAC, insulation, TAB, HVAC controls and electrical.
The work must be performed while the building is occupied. It is expected that most of the work must be performed after-hours or during scheduled school breaks so as not to disturb normal college operations.
