The work includes: Installation of approximately 92 LF of 6’ x 4’ box culvert, 235 LF of 12-inch sewer relocation, water relocation, and pavement replacement, one cast in place junction box, and one cast in place 6’ x 4’ headwall. The project also includes an additive alternate of approximately 300 LF of dual 48-inch circular culverts and one cast in place headwall.

The project consists of the construction of approximately 14,000 SF new office building on two floor levels, concrete slab on grade, steel framed wall, and truss roof system.
The scope of work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to the following areas – The construction of a poured concrete foundation with concrete slab on grade; structural steel beam framing; cold-formed metal stud infill wall framing; wood roof trusses, roof deck with fiberglass shingle roofing aluminum prefinished continuous gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, and accessory flashings. Exterior Hardie Board siding, trim work, aluminum entrance doors, prefinished metal clad wood windows. Interior walls are wood stud with gypsum board panels, with hollow metal frames and wood, or hollow metal doors. Finishes include wood moldings for casings, and picture molding, carpet, vinyl tile, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, acoustic ceilings, and related painting. The work includes site utilities new electrical service, mechanical, geothermal system, plumbing, wet-fire suppression system, connection to existing systems, electrical, lighting and fire alarm systems. The work shall also include all of the related site work for excavation, building layout, temporary construction fencing & construction trailer; soil erosion control, excavation and fill; trench excavation, underground storm water drainage system, asphalt and concrete paving & striping of lot, concrete curb and gutter, concrete walks, concrete and/or brick retaining walls, metal fencing, vinyl coated chain link fencing, site lighting and landscaping.
Demolition of four (4) existing tennis courts, replacement of unsuitable soils if encountered and construction of two (2) new tennis courts at Lansdowne Merrick Park, 3190 Montavesta Rd, Lexington KY 40502.
Window Replacement on the second and third floor elevations of the Franklin County Fiscal Court Buildings located at 313 and 315 West Main Street, Frankfort, KY

Removal of a portion of the building’s existing roofing and insulation to the existing structural deck and replacement with a new mopped down reinforced rubberized asphalt membrane, insulation and extensive green roof system. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The renovation of Building E on the Main Campus of Southcentral KY Community & Technical College, Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky. The building renovation consists of demolition of all interior partitions, ceilings, glazing/doors, MEP systems, and select site elements. New work consists of storefront, interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP systems, and new canopies as an alternate. The work will be completed under one prime contract.
The Project Scope is to install aluminum grandstand bleachers and press box along with the demolition of the existing stadium structure. The project scope will include electrical and plumbing work, along with concrete foundations for bleacher structure. Also included are associated concrete slab, fencing, and grading.

The existing 12,875 square feet of building area will be copmpletely renovated and an approximately 3,800 square food addition constructed to the rear of the building. The building addition will be 3-story with 1-level below grade to match the existing building section. Included in the building addition will be both men and women restrooms, a vestibule, multiple louge spaces, an elevator, a stair tower and an exterior roof terrace.
The buildings mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will also be updated as part of the project as well as the creation of an outdoor gathering space adjacent to the side of the building.
In general, Bid Package B includes all work associated with the project less demolition, structural work including masonry and steel, geothermal and elevators.

2354.0 Replace AHU-19 and AHU-21 University of Kentucky Good Samaritan Hospital
Replace the existing 100% Outside Air Handling Units #19 and 21 at Good Samaritan Hospital. These will be replaced with new larger units due to their age and increased ventilation requirements in the hospital. In addition to the unit replacement, this project will also install new duct risers for both units to allow for more airflow to be distributed throughout the building. AHU-21 will also be provided with a low temperature heat recovery chiller to provide low temperature air to the operating rooms.
Woodland Glen 4 Student Housing is a new dorm located on University of Kentucky’s campus within the Cooperstown Drive loop. The new dorm will be approximately 286,000 sf and will be 5 levels. It will be a wood framed structure on a concrete podium.
