This is an interior renovation project of approximately 10,800 square feet at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital Pavilion H, Floor 4, Pediatrics nursing unit. Project limits are 18 patient rooms and associated staff charting, hand washing areas and circulation spaces. Project includes limited level of renovations to the existing nursing support core. Construction phasing shall occur in multiple parts allowing for a patient occupancy of no less than two rooms per zone for the duration of the project. The scope includes but is not limited to the removal of existing doors, casework, flooring, ceilings and miscellaneous finishes, with a very limited number of walls being removed.
