Repair concrete sidewalks at West Kentucky Correctional Center in Fredonia, KY. Work will consist of removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks and related grading and drainage work.
New construction building for the Kentucky Fire Commission and KCTCS to provide new classrooms, offices, conference room, training facility, and mock fire station.
The scope of work includes complete construction of one (1) Access Control Facility and associate site improvements at the rear entrance to the Boone National Guard facility in Frankfort, Franklin Co., Kentucky.
Site improvements include site stripping, rough and finish grading, roadway improvements, bitumen paving, concrete walks and curbs, security specialties, water, sewer and gas utilities. Electrical site improvements include cameras, data cabling and site lighting. Building construction includes construction of one (1) brick clad concrete masonry entry Gatehouse. Gatehouse will include standing seam roofing and metal roof framing, metal stud and gypsum interior partitions, ballistic rated exterior doors and windows and associated architectural improvements. Mechanical and plumbing improvements include supply and waste piping for 2 toilet rooms, kitchen and water cooler, installation of plumbing fixtures, forced air gas heating, ductwork and heat pump cooling. Electrical includes lighting and receptacles, data cabling and connections and the installation of one emergency generator. A stand-alone canopy to cover site entry lanes adjacent to the Gatehouse is also part of the work. One Add Alternate is included for the provision and installation of one (1) Security Guard Booth to be located between driving lanes at the site entrance.

to a Fire Station. The Occupancy Classifications are Low Hazard Storage (S-2) for the
emergency vehicle garage and Residential (R-2) for the living quarters. The Construction Type
is VB and the total gross square footage of the building is approximately 4,900 SF. The project
includes an emergency vehicle garage and living quarters with sleeping areas, a kitchen, lounge,

This project is Bid Package 2 of a 2-part project and adds concrete paving and a
retaining wall along with related earthwork to the High School Baseball Field. This is to accommodate
Bid Package 1, which includes the purchase and installation of new skid mounted bleachers along with
the relocation of existing bleachers by others.
The Work includes demolition of the existing glass and aluminum breezeway connector between the two main buildings of KET’s Cooper Drive campus. Existing concrete slab and foundation will remain and be reused. A new breezeway will be constructed in steel framing with aluminum storefront walls and PMMA membrane roof. Existing sprinkler system will extend into the new breezeway. New breezeway will include interior can lights, VRV HVAC cassettes in acoustical ceiling, and both hollow metal and aluminum storefront doors. A flexible bellows type joint will be employed at both ends of the new breezeway to create a weather-tightness and structural independence.
