Transit Center Renovation – Customer Service Center
The Transit Authority of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, herein referred to as Lextran is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a competitive contract to a general contractor for the renovation of the existing customer service center of the Lextran Transit Center located downtown on Vine Street in Lexington, Kentucky.
Scope of work includes:
• Demolition of the front façade wall, complete demolition of the existing concrete slab, interior walls and building systems.
• New work includes a new front façade wall, concrete sidewalk modification and interior concrete slab modification, new interior partition walls, custom casework, furnishings, new restrooms, HVAC, Electrical and IT.
• An unfinished shell space is also included in the project.
The facility is approximately 2600 square feet.
