Addenda 01 changes the bid date to 12-04-13
The Project Scope is to install aluminum grandstand bleachers and press box along with the demolition of the existing stadium structure. The project scope will include electrical and plumbing work, along with concrete foundations for bleacher structure. Also included are associated concrete slab, fencing, and grading.
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a refundable deposit of $100.00 payable to Ashland Independent Board of Education. We must receive a check for this amount.
A Download of the plans and specifications as PDF is available for a non-refundable purchase of $40.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for all sets shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
