Description
Separate bids for subcontract construction of portions of Dogwood Square Apartments, including, but not limited to (1) sanitary sewerage, (2) hot-mix asphalt paving, (3) masonry, (4) HVAC, (5) demolition and removal of existing 2,500 square ft residential dwelling and (6) electrical.
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a refundable deposit of $75.00, payable to Lynn Kentucky River Community Care. We must receive a check for this amount.
A CD or Electronic DL of the plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase price of $40.00.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. Please contact Lynn Imaging at 859-226-5850 for shipping costs for the DVD or for NDA costs.
There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
