Description
Scope of Work at KY032-003 (0 bedroom unit
1. Removal of existing HVAC units and line sets
2. Install new mini-split heat pump units, including reworking existing duct work, installation of new line sets and concrete pad for the exterior unit
3. Install new drywall soffits
4. Patch and paint existing walls and new soffit affected by work
Bid Alternate:
1. Install new closet rod, paint closet and install new VCT floor tile
2. Install new closet light fixture
3. Clean existing ductwork
Unit Price
1. HVAC replacement as described above in a one bedroom unit
**All contractors must be a Certified Renovator Firm to work on this project
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $37.02, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
