The project base bid will consist of the site work to construct the curb lined asphalt drop off drive at the intersection of Transylvania Park and Rose Lane. The parking along the drive will be permeable concrete. The project includes grading, sidewalk, storm drainage improvements, and signage. There is also a curb lined asphalt service drive, pedestrian plaza, concrete steps with handrails, and site lighting for all improved areas included in the base bid.
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $65.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
