Description
Existing interior fit-up of approximately 1500 SQ FT. The work includes but may not be limited to: rough and finish carpentry, solid core doors and hollow metal door frames, fiberglass sound insulations, drywall and metal stud wall systems, acoustical ceiling systems, painting, carpet, vct tile, acoustic moveable partition wall system, electrical modifications and panels, breakers, wiring and fixtures. Sprinkler head system modifications for revised plan coverage.

A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $19.28, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $17.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
