Description
This package involves the Interior Fit-Out work for the new Patient Care Facility – 8th Floor. The work will be performed under the construction manager, Turner Construction Company.
Separate bids for this project shall be submitted for the following work categories:
TC-001 General Trades
TC-002 Millwork and Casework
TC-005A Flooring
TC-005B Tile
TC-006 Painting
TC-013 Final Cleaning
Job Purchase Information:
A complete set of Plans and Specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $500.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.
A DVD of the plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase price of $26.50.
There will be a $65.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. Please contact Lynn Imaging at 859-226-5850 for shipping costs for the DVD or for NDA costs.
There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
