Description

The US WorldMeds Office Building project consists of approximately 30,000 SQ FT of concrete, basement walls, structural steel, natural stone panels, floor finishes, drywall, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler.

The Form of Proposal and Proposal Envelope must be requested and obtained from the Construction Manager, Branscum Construction, 90 Key Village Road, PO Box 559, Russell Springs, KY 42642, (270) 866-5107. All bids must be submitted only on the forms and in the envelope prepared by Branscum Construction Company.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $100.00 (per set) payable to Lynn Imaging. We must receive a check for this amount. You may order one (1) set on refundable deposit.

Please Note - sets must be returned within 10 days for refundable deposit to be returned.

If more than one sets is requested there will be a non-refundable purchase of $100.00 payable to US WorldMeds.We must receive a check for this amount.

A CD is available for a non-refundable purchase of $90.00, payable to Lynn Imaging.

There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
