PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BID TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED

The project scope includes a 2-classrood addition to the Olmstead Elementary in Olmstead, Kentucky to add 1-Art classroom and 1-Prescool classroom. Construction of this addition will tie the existing classroom building to the existing gymnasium buildings as well. Envelope construction consists of a concrete foundation work; masonry load-bearing, spray-foam insulated cavity wall system; steel metal joists and decking roof structure with lightweight insulating concrete decking and a thermoplastic membrane roof.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $150.00 (per set) payable to RossTarrant Architects. We must receive a check for this amount. You may order up to two sets on refundable deposit.

If more than two sets are requested there will be a non-refundable purchase of $150.00 payable to RossTarrant Architects.We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $28.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
