Separate bids for subcontract construction fo portions of Dogwood Square Apartments, including, but not limited to: (1) sanitary sewerage, (2) hot-mix asphalt paving, (3) masonry, (4) HVAC, (5) demolition and removal of existing 2,500 square foot residential dwelling and (6) electrical

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit of $75.00 (per set) payable to JRA Architects. We must receive a check for this amount.

A CD or Electronic Download of the plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase price of $37.50.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
