9 buildings. 400,000 SF Total. Ground - up construction of a new Outlet Shop development in Simpsonville, KY. All subs are required to be turnkey.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specs are available for a purchase of $777.43 or a CD is available for $380.00 and individual drawings for $4 per sheet payable to Lynn Imaging. Sets may be ordered through this website by using a Credit Card or Lynn Account.

There will be a $60.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground payable to Lynn Imaging. Delivery surcharges are subject to change. There will be an $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
