A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held on the following date:
Wedensday November 14, 2012 - 3:00 p.m., Easter Time
The meeting will be held at the Southside Elementary School, 728 Ginkgo Drive, Shelbyville KY.
Description
Scope of Work:
To Furnish all labor, materials, and the performance of all work required for the Southside Elementary School, general construction, site work, mechanical, electrical, fire protections, and plumbing construction.
Job Purchase Information:
General Contractors, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler Contractors may obtain a complete set of plans and specs for a refundable deposit of $250.00 payable to K. Norman Berry Associates.
All Other Contractors may obtain a complete set of plans and specs for a purchase of $315.00 payable to Lynn Imaging
There will be a $28.01 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground payable to Lynn Imaging. Delivery surcharges are subject to change. There will be an $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
