Description

The Project consists of rehabilitation of sanitary sewer collection system including but not limited to manholes rehabilitation, point repairs of sanitary sewers, lining and replacement of sanitary sewers. Sewers range in size from 4 - to 21-inch diameters. Work shall include all scheduling, product, materials and labor to complete the required improvements including restoration to a minimum of pre-existing surface conditions. Contractor submitting the bid shall be required to perform a minimum of fifty (50%) per cent of the total project work. The Project is funded through the state’s Revolving Fund Program. The Contractor shall submit with the bid all required contractor certification and EPA forms as specified in the Supplementary Conditions for Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
