The project consists of addition and renovations to the St. Martin DePorres Building on the campus of St Peter Claver Catholic Church at 410 Jefferson Street in Lexington. This will generally include, but not be limited to the following scope of work:

Unit masonry assemblies, masonry restoration, water repellent treatment
Steel joists, metal floor decking, cold formed metal framing; pipe and tube railings

Waterproofing, damproofing, building insulation systems, asphalt shingles, flashing and sheet metal, fire stopping and sealants
Steel doors and frames, wood doors, access panels, overhead coiling shutters, aluminum entrances, wood metal clab windows, door hardware, glazing
Gypsum board assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, wallcovering
Toilet partitions, louvers, signs, fire protection specialties, operable partitions, toilet accessories
Food facilities equipment
Hydraulic elevators
Mechanical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, air distribution, temperature controls
Wiring devices, panel boards, interior lighting, fire alarm
