Description
The building to be demolished is located at 347 Lexington Avenue, Lexington KY and consist of removing all structures, foundation walls, footings, landscaping, sidewalks, utilities, etc, as indicated.
Building: 20,788 sq ft, 2-story residence hall built on a partial basement under half of the footprint. The structure consists of wood framed construction with wood siding on concrete foundations. First floor and partial basement concrete slabs on grade.
Roof: Partial sloped shingle roof on wood framing and partial low sloped built up membrane roof on wood framing
Interior Construction: wood framing and gypsum board finish
Sidewalks and Porches: Concrete slabs on grade, remove as noted in documents. Walk at street to remain
Attic: None
Foundation Walls: Case in place concrete
Chimney: Masonry
Parking Lot: To remain
Trees and Landscaping: Remove as noted in documents

A CD of electronic plans and specifications is available for a non-refundable purchase of $21.20, payable to Lynn Imaging.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
