Description
Re-roof of existing 1950's portion of building. Provide brick/EIFS remediation. Remove and replace sealant at window/door perimeter, EIFS terminations, masonry control joints, and building/sidewalk expansion joints.

A CD will be available for a non-refundable purchase price of $45.00. Prior to the release of electronic files, ALL contractors are required to sign and return a SCB Electronic Release Form.
There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number and that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
