Description

Work includes: work to alleviate landslide damage to site by the replacement of sidewalks with the addition of individual porches to assist in drainage away from the building, fill and grade work for drainage away from the building, and construction of lawn area swales and retaining wall.

Job Purchase Information:

A complete set of plans and specifications is available for a refundable deposit of $75.00, payable to the Housing Authority of Ashland. We must receive a check for this amount.

There will be a $22.00 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground. There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS). Please note we only ship Fed-Ex on a customer's shipper number that delivery surcharges are subject to change.
