The scope of work consists of a full restaurant ground up build. All mechanical trades will be required as well as glass/glazing, drywall/metal stud, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, tile, acoustic ceiling, painting, and roofing.

A complete set of plans and specs are available for a purchase of $119.62 or individual pages may be order for a purchase price of $2.00 per page payable to Lynn Imaging. Download is available for $60.00. Sets may be ordered through this website by using a Credit Card or Lynn Account.

There will be a $28.01 shipping charge for each set shipped UPS Ground payable to Lynn Imaging. Delivery surcharges are subject to change. There will be an $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (Fed-Ex or UPS).
